Your friend will soon receive an email outlining the steps they must take to become employed by us. 

Quick Overview of Bonus Criteria:

• Your referral must be submitted prior to your friend applying to ESS. Your friend must be entirely new to the ESS application process.
  
  
• Your friend must apply to ESS using the email you provided on the referral form. This is how your referral is linked to the applicant.
  
  
• Your friend must apply to ESS, get hired, and work eight of their first 30 days in a substitute role or two months in a permanent role.
  
  
• Bonuses are paid quarterly. If your friend fulfills the eligibility requirements, you'll receive payment on the following referral program pay date.
